Adaptive Judo (Ages 5+)

Join us at Adaptive Judo!
Everyone ages 5 and up is eligible to join. Classes are held every Thursday from 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM. Participants are responsible for paying $60/month for the program as well as the cost of a training GI. The Ability Center will cover the annual fee and belt promotions for all participants.
The program focuses on confidence-building, discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, teamwork, and respect through the Olympic sport of Judo and traditional martial arts training. The instructors are nationally recognized black belts and volunteers dedicated to helping youth and families in our community.
