Adulting 101: Smart Cat Academy @ New Hope Community Church (Ages 15+)

Join us for a hands on workshop with OSU Extension’s Entrees with Advocates to learn about nutrition, meal planning, and building healthy relationships with food. Participants will play the Bryan Grocery Game, make easy baked oatmeal cups, and learn about healthy movement with the Y360 app.
