Team taught with OSU Extension Office. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) can show you how to eat healthier, even on a limited budget. You will learn how to make food choices to improve the quality of the meals you cook and eat. Opportunities for discussion, learning new recipes, cooking healthy meals and practicing thrifty shopping at the grocery store. Basic cooking skills required.
