Adulting 101 – Registering and Voting 101 (Ages 18+)
THIS EVENT IS NON-PARTISAN AND WILL NOT DISCUSS ANY REAL WORLD POLITICS.
Join us for a non-partisan, interactive workshop where we learn about the process of voting and how to be an informed voter.
Come learn about our candidates, Bluey and Snoopy, and learn how to decipher fake news from fact when choosing which candidate to vote for. After the learning section of this event we will be doing a demo voting simulator. For this we ask that participants bring some form of ID (State ID or Drivers License preferred but not necessary). We will be going through the steps of what to do when you get to your voting location and filling out a ballot (THIS BALLOT WILL NOT INCLUDE REAL VOTER QUESTIONS OR ANYTHING RELATING TO WORLD POLITICS).
We will also be helping with registering to vote if you are not already!
