Adulting 101 Workshops are a fun way for teens and young adults to learn about and practice various life skills that are important to being an adult. This month we will be learning about the essential skills to prepare healthy, delicious, and easy-to-make school lunches. This event will guide you through the basics of meal planning, grocery shopping, and creative lunch ideas. 

Course Objectives:

  • Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping: Learn how to plan healthy meals, make a grocery list, and shop smart.
  • Creative Lunch Ideas: Discover easy-to-make and healthy lunch ideas, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks.
  • Cooking Essentials: Develop essential skills such as meal prep and food assembly.
