Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing focused yoga poses. It can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga, improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, relaxation, and improved sense of well-being. Jenn provides whole class instruction with individual support.
Poses can be done in a wheelchair or use a slide bar to transfer to a chair.
